“Well situated for 10 min walk to fort Jesus and old city. Clean and nice atmosphere”

“The name Sheratton (with double t) confused me with well known quality hotel owned by Marriott. There is no quality in this hotel. I didn't feel like even taking a shower. The only bright spot was the breakfast. I ordered Spanish omelette, my wife had sunny side up egg, but instant coffee because their coffee machine was broken. I got the expression from the description that it is 3-star hotel. It shouldn't have more than 1 star.”

“Great clean well kept hotel with water views, monkeys climbing on the balcony, walking distance to grocery and shopping. The restaurant was great, well staffed and friendly all around. This was my 5th hotel on my trip to Kenya and the best overall. It was right on the bridge so transportation was easy as walking outside. I extended my stay.”

“Hotelli oli vilkkaalla alueella ja kyytejä sai helposti. Hotelli on rakennuksen toisessa kerroksessa hissin päässä. Huone tilava, sänky hyvä, ilmastointi ja toimiva pesuhuone/ Wc. Lämmintä vettä tuli suihkusta, jääkaappi huoneessa. Hiljainen nukkua. Aamiainen hyvä. Ystävällinen palvelu vastaanotossa ja keittiössä, vaikka tulkin välityksellä ( aamiainen). “Me and my party enjoy our stay. Our flight for the day we were to check out was a late flight and management was kind enough to give us a late checkout. The apartments are very comfortable and clean and accommodating Keith was very kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay a highly recommend these apartments. “Mombasa is HOT! They have A/C and while it is not real powerful it was a life saver and adequate! The cleaning staff was great especially Pamela who did so much for us! I would rate it highly for the type of hotel”

“The taxi had a very difficult time finding the place. We had to beg a towel. Breakfast was at least one hour later than announced so, because we had planned an excursion based on the announced breakfast time, we had no breakfast, though we paid for bed and breakfast. The bathroom floor was wet. ”
