The perfect girls weekend!

Loved loved loved this beautiful home and the management company! It was exactly as pictured with a beautiful view, comfortable furniture, and a beautiful spacious deck. Cannot say enough good things about it!

Broken dishwasher !!!. Routine maintenance has been neglected. Checkout link didn’t work, i clicked to the proper buttons to tell them, but got ghosted. Downstairs has a missing blind so couldn’t sleep cuz WAY too much light. Also broken screen door on lanai.

Great location but there are issues

Great location and plenty of room. However, it needs updating. Carpet has stains. Bathrooms not overly clean. Rugs in main bath were stained and worn out, just really gross. Basement has strong musty odor. One of the windows in basement is missing a blind and this issue is right by one of the twin beds.

If not for the location....

Location. Location. Location. Great view. Spacious. Renovations needed. Sliding glass door lock = wood stick Screened in patio has holes in it. Got water pressure? Main door lock is sure...called TVR After Hour Emergency Hotline:.....no answer. Knew what we were getting in to....met our expectations. Purpose served. #wokeupinTybee #ChopItUp
