Third floor green room had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. House was in a great location. Very very charming home, modern but true to Tybee architecture. Great sound system throughout entire home. Rented a golf cart for the week and had a blast.

Thanksgiving in Tybee

We lost my Mama, Step-dad, and first cousin all in a matter of weeks. We knew we would need a place for our first holiday without them that would not remind us of their absence with every turn. This was the perfect place for our family to spend Thanksgiving. It was convenient, beautiful and clean!

Beautiful, Clean, and amazing home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The screened in porch for our week in spring was perfect with the rainy cool weather. It was perfect and so comfy. The beds were awesome which I don’t find at all other rentals. We only wish the location were closer to north beach and it would be perfect. The location is amazing however, we will plan to spend warmer weather closer to the North Beach instead of this side that is more the “river” side and not and ocean type of beach

Great house -location ok

We were in town to visit family in Savannah and wanted to stay close to the beach. The house was great! Clean, more than plenty of room, pet friendly, and walking distance to the beach. However, it is located on a pretty desolate diet road and the area is a hit run down. We had to pass by the sewage treatment plant o. Our way to the beach…not ideal but was ok since we were there in the Fall. Great experience with the house and Tybee Vacation Rentals, just not ideal location in my opinion.

Perfect Getaway

Property was easy to access and met all the advertised expectations. Shuffle board court was a little disappointing as in it essentially can only operate as a table, but being that dozens of families/kids play on it, I was not terribly surprised about the condition. I have come to lower my expectations with advertised pool hall games at properties. There are so many other excellent perks with this property which are way more appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect girls getaway

There were 10 of us ladies for a reunion trip. Never once did we feel cramped. Everyone had plenty of room. The house was amazing, so well laid out. Master bath shower is a spa- so nice. Called property manager about sound system- they had no idea how to operate it/where controls were located. Pro Tip- the sound system throughout entire house is amazing- control panel located in cupboard beside fridge. We walked to and from Huccapoos- best dive bar on Tybee. Plenty of parking for 5 cars. We will be back!

Great place to stay. Everything was fully furnished. Loved the porch. AC needs to be colder

Super nice. Loved everything about the stay but the AC needs to be colder. It was 95 degrees out and we could not get the house cool enough for our comfort.

The pictures online did not do the property justice-was much better than I had hoped!

The house was amazing! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 very energetic small children. Honestly expected the pictures to be nicer than reality but was pleasantly surprised to see it was the opposite-pictures do not do the property justice! Spent much of the time on the screened in porch. There was some confusion on access to the nearby beach, but a text to the manager and a quick response cleared it up. Overall would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home!

Very good. Friendly community. Maybe too friendly...hustled by Precision Entry and now possibly the housekeeping .... my mother forgot something very special and still NO WORD from management. So time will tell if people are still honest and good and return it to us OR if an employee from management of housekeeping also has the local side hustle and received another payday from our trip

GREAT HOUSE RENTAL ON TYBEE ISLAND

THIS PROPERTY IS WONDERFUL, SUCH AN ADORABLE HOUSE, WE HAD 10 PEOPLE AND IT WAS VERY ROOMY, LOTS OF PLACES TO SIT AND LOUNGE ABOUT. THE KIDS LOVED THE BASEMENT GAMES. BEAUTIFUL TREES AND GREEN FOLIAGE ALL AROUND. GOOD PARKING. THIS PROPERTY HAS ALOT OF BEAUTIFUL STAIRCASES. THE COLORS IN THIS HOUSE ARE SO FUN AND BRIGHT. WE WILL BE GOING BACK TO TYBEE, AND WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

Fantasic House for Family of 6

We've stayed on Tybee for many summers, usually mid-island, a block off the beach. This was our first time on the Savannah River, and while we missed the waves of North Beach, the sight of dolphins playing all day long and the views of Hilton Head and the marshes was unforgettable. The house itself is the best rental we've ever stayed in - high ceilings, comfortable beds and couches, fully equipped kitchen (it would be helpful if we knew before arrival if it was a coffeemaker or Keurig - my only kitchen comment), and a large, inviting screened porch. We knew the walk to the beach would be 7-10 minutes, so that wasn't a surprise, though next time we'll probably opt to stay closer to the beach for more frequent impromptu treks in the sand. Highly recommend this house if you're up for the easy walk to the beach boardwalk down the street and a great family space.

Great Family Island Beach house

The property managers communicated with me all the way up to the check in date, which kept me informed and up to date. The house it self is nestled in a cove of trees which allows some privacy. The house is very spacious. The front porch is built for late night family time outside (Because it is completely screened in) or a relaxing place to sit in the morning with a hot cup of coffee. Your dogs will love it as there is so much room to roam around and the neighbor is great for taking them for a walk. There is a cute boutique shopping area a little more than a block away.. . .with a Great Coffee shop ( Expect to stand on a long line just to get a cup). I will definitely stay at this home again and would highly recommend it.

Lovely

Beautiful home. Loved the layout and screened porches - wish I could take it home with me! Well appointed with everything. Needed. Location to bayside beach was within walking distance for a four year old. Bayside beach waves also perfect for four year old. Loved our stay. Our only complaint was not with the home but with Apple Map. It couldn’t find the address. It took us to a vacant overgrown lot at the opposite end of the street.

Perfect Rental

The rental was outstanding. Very clean and comfortable. The screened in porch was great and we had plenty of space. We highly recommend renting here.

Cleanliness and animal hair is disgusting!

Great property but the cleanliness and animal hair on the chairs and furniture was disgusting! For the expensive cleaning fee we definitely expected a much higher level especially with COVID. Also we couldn’t use the grill because it was covered in bugs and roaches inside the grill, very disgusting We had to wipe down everything with Lysol wipes including the patio chairs, tables, door knobs, fridge door and all the light switch’s but paid an expensive cleaning fee! Then you get to use a broken game table in the garage area, which we didn’t touch. My fiancé called the office for the garage opener and they told us it’s not available and someone has to run in the house every time we come back to open it

September 2020 Stay

Amazing family vacation home!! The home is the most well equipped property we have stayed at in our 10 years of visiting Tybee. The quiet beach access at Byers and Bay St provided stunning sunset views; perfect for family pictures. TVR always has the cleanest properties. We were so sad to leave and can't wait to return. We had no complaints only a suggestion for better bathroom lighting and a full size mirror in the master. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

From beginning to end everything was perfect. Our first family vacation since adding SIL, DIL and grand babies. The house was just the right fit for our family of 8. Plenty of space for us to enjoy our time together. Everything was labeled and easy to find. LOVED the completely stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed to cook right at home! Will be back to Blue Skies!

Nice house. Would be nice to have a list of things at condo like coffeemaker kind of filters needed, no can opener, all lights to be labeled. When we arrived almost every door was unlocked. Kind of spooky at night. Also ice maker never worked which is pretty important and we called and was told too much stuff in fridge... nope!
