Not like pictures at all

Most of light switches did not work an no lights worked in kitchen. Old and decrepit. Not worth half what we paid. Location is very nice but accommodation is really poor. Not at all like pictures.

Family vacation

I am giving 5 stars for everything because the location was amazing, the property management and maintenance was amazing. They were so responsive when we needed them. The condo was as advertised in size and the pictures did represent well. The only short coming of the condo was the lack of bedding and quality of bedding. I am thankful that I brought extra stuff as I always do when traveling. There were no blankets for my son to use on the bunks, but I had it handled. There was also not adequate bedding for the queen bed either. The condo also really needs a redo on the decor. But these things are not the property mangers fault, but the responsibility of the owner and a reflection of their care. We will for sure stay with this property managemt group again as we are planning to return. 5 stars again for location and management.

A little dated but perfectly bundled

The unit was great as far as expectations goes, we were able to cook and clean with all the supplied item's. Walking to the sand was 45 seconds from the room door.

Property Needs Updates - read small print (no wifi provided)

The pictures hide the needed updates to this property. The carpet is very dirty and the rug in the living is a plastic outdoor rug. When we arrived, one of the outlets in the bedroom was not functional and had been punctured. The outlet in the kitchen would not work unless the coffee pot was plugged in and the one lamp in the living blinked constantly and we just had to leave it off most of the time and the toilet was running. The walls are dirty and desperately need painting and the wallpaper is peeling off in several places. It is also very difficult to get into the bed because the space between the wall and the bed is so narrow. The furniture on the porch is also not what depicted in the pictures - it is just two small plastic chairs. However, with all that said we were very pleased with the rental company. They had an electrician out directly to repair the electrical issues as well as a plumber to fix the toilet. The blinds on the sliding glass door are also falling apart and provided little to no privacy at night. The shower curtain rod broke the first night and we went out and bought a new one. Another thing we failed to notice was that this property does not provide wifi - given the current number of people who work remotely - this definitely needs to be addresses. We appreciated the rental company working with us and have no complaints about their service - however - we believe that this property desperately needs some functional and necessary updates.

Tybee island

Unit is very dated, carpet in bedroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Unit needs a Deep Clean and could be a gem. Location, security, noise level is great!

Started off not so good but turned out amazing thanks to Lori

So when we checked in and made it to the Savannah beach and racquet club we entered the condo..it smelled not so great. We dropped off our stuff and came back and found rat droppings, broken electrical socket and the kitchen outlet had something wrong also. This unit just really needed some elbow grease and updating. We sent a message and Lori from Tybee Island rental called us back as soon as she read it and she took take of us. We were moved to another condo in Lighthouse Point and it was absolutely AMAZING! Lori truly took care of us and we ended up booking another trip

Check in was very easy. The unit was a bit smaller than expected, which would have been fine except for other missing features... there was no lighting in the sitting area. No lamps by the couch or chair. The “kitchen table” was a card table we had to set up ourselves...again, no lighting here either. We bought a lamp from Goodwill to read by. TV didn’t work. Cable not working. No sound. Wires hanging from speakers. No lighting on the deck. No trash bag. Vertical hanging blinds broken. Hard to see out of sliding glass doors because of fogged glass.

We love staying at SBRC

We love staying at SBRC and have stayed several times in different condos and renting from different owners. This condo was certainly adequate but not as nice as the others we’ve stayed in.

Awesome place to stay!

We were put in this unit after having to be moved from our original reserved unit (owner of that unit took our week) but it was the BEST thing that could've happened. This unit was immaculate and perfectly updated. The decor is beautiful as well. We couldn't have been luckier! Will definitely stay again!

The Condo was in a relaxing atmosphere

Warning no WiFi, but we used our unlimited data, so we managed. The location to the Beach is fantastic. We really loved the fact that we could just walk right out to the Beach from the Condo area. The complex is kept clean and very maintained. Our complaints are minor, the mattress in the bedroom is very uncomfortable, which is a personal opinion. We couldn’t figure out how to pull the couch out, which again may be our problem. The owners need to put new window fixtures up at the sliding glass door, as a number the slats are missing. Other than this we had a great 5 day vacation, and look forward to our next trip to Tybee.

Dated unit, VERY dirty

In sort, we have never been so disappointed. The worst part, the sleeper sofa, which should have been available for use, had a bent frame, making it difficult to open. Once we managed to get it open, there was what appeared to be significant blood stains on the mattress and rodent droppings between the mattress and the suspension!!! (This was discovered at the end of the visit). The suspension was damaged and "repairs" were attempted with speaker wire. Problems stated in previous reviews had not been addressed as of June 21st. They are as follows: *The mattress on the master bed was extremely hard and impossible to sleep on. (We took foam "mattresses" off of bunks and placed on top of master mattress). *Outlets worn and plugs would not stay in the wall. *Carpet was filthy!!! *Large element on stove not working. (Replaced toward the end of the week). *Bathroom not cleaned appropriately. Shower curtain had mildew on it. Property management replaced after we called. *Holes in the screen door had not been repaired. *Slat still missing in the vertical blinds. *No dish soap and only 1 trash bag. Additional discrepancies not previously mentioned: Ceiling fan in the bedroom could not be used at night because the chain operating the light was broken off. The doors to the small deck were heavily corroded. AND YES THEY CHARGED ME A CLEANING FEE!! (We have pictures of every complaint mentioned). The location is wonderful. Dolphins everyday and very peaceful beach. Good sandy beach. Not crowded.

Very small, dated and dirty.

Don’t come with high expectations. My wife and I came down for our anniversary and we’re pretty disappointed. Very small overall, “master” is tiny with very hard mattress, dirty carpet and no TV in there. No WIFI and the service is pretty bad. We tried to use the pullout couch because the bed was that bad but it was really dirty with several spots of what looked to be blood all over it. We ended up pulling the mattress out of the master and using both of the foam cot sized mattresses from the built in bunk beds to make a pallet on the floor. Flap blinds were missing a few so people could see right in. Honestly I really don’t typically write reviews but this was pretty bad. If we could have found another option we would have left the first night and just been out the money we spent. Very disappointing overall and I would not stay here again.

Quite Beach

We seen dolphin everyday!! The fish boat at night was beautiful. This beach was not crowded. The stove did not work well and the bed was very hard.

Great location, needs some work.

The pull out couch was not useable, it would not pull out, so one of us had to sleep on the couch. The screen door had big holes in it letting bugs in. Loved the location, not a long walk to get to the beach!

Condo had some issues.

The lock was difficult to gain entrance each time you came and went. The bedroom carpet was stained and desperately needs to be replaced. The condo is extremely dated. No wifi provided, we called the rental group to make sure since the note on the refrigerator said wifi info was provided by rental group and they said it was not available at this condo. No extra trash bags and no dish soap was provided yet they want you to wash your dishes before you leave so we had to to make a special trip for dish soap. The location was really nice on the bay and being on the beach.
