「Nicely located to Lenox. Friendly greeting and very pleasant overreview of property. I was Upgraded to King room with no charge as hotel wasn't full. Large spacious period decor, with large soaking tub in generous barhriom. Sound travels through hallways, guest rooms and rooms above, as bedroom has areas rugs on hard wood floors. If you are a light sleeper, ask for top floor. 」

「This location is so convenient to the Berkshire Museum and downtown Pittsfield! There are plenty of great restaurants a short distance away. The price is right and we used the savings to eat at local spots for breakfast, too. They have done some nice updates, so it doesn't feel like the motels that I went to when I was a kid with my parents. 」

「Continous traffic noise from the main road which is quite close to the residence building. No sound insulation between walls of neighbor rooms, can hear the footsteps and snoring next room. But the breakfast is very dilicious.」
