「Staff Very Good」

「Pub / hotel was really nice, room was good we were up in the eaves so had to watch your head a bit… good value for money. We had some bad weather in the form of wind and a bit of rain but was still nice venturing out to the headland for a walk. Breakfast was good is lovely to see a decent pub doing well.. 」

「Staff were friendly, room is very outdated and had a strange smell. Beds were average, shower was good. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t fantastic, we paid £120 for one night stay with breakfast but not sure it’s quite worth that to be honest. Wouldn’t stay here again.」

「Went to stay there with the family including a baby and a toddler It was the perfect spot ! The house was spotless and really spatious ! Very clean the beds were spacious and everything was extremely comfy . There was even a shared playroom . When we came we had a few questions and Tasha the house manager was answering within seconds by phone . It I had one comment is that it gets cold as such we had to increase the heating substantially but nothing dramatic」

「Room could have been cleaner. Hair in tub still, fingernail clipping behind door. Restaurant was very busy and we needed reservations to eat. Was not pointed out upon arrival. Restaurant ran out of some menu items by the time we could eat. Food was meh. This hotel is farther away from city center and to get to more eating places is about 20 minute walk. Good for getting in and out of each day, not good for food when we got back. Breakfast was ok, but they were slow to replace items that...

「Staff were very welcoming and helpful to us. The room was clean, beautifully presented and had all the amenities we required. Breakfast was delicious and there was choice of accompanying cereals/yoghurts etc overall a lovely stay.」

「Fantastic cottage, really peaceful location. cottage had everything you need and Colin the host was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the local area. Would definitely stay again and hopefully for longer than just the one night. 」

「An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. We will be back to both establishments in the next few months」

「The Farmers Arms is especially welcoming to dogs. My dog even was given a sausage for her breakfast everyday. Bedroom was really clean and inviting with superb shower. Parking was safe and very easy too」
