“We stay at this location at least 6–8 times a year, and it has always been great in the past. That’s why this experience was so disappointing. It’s a shame to see how much the property has declined and been let go. On top of that, the noise level was incredibly disruptive — both inside the hotel and outside. There was constant noise in the hallways and from outside the building, making it very difficult to get any rest. For the price, you would expect a quiet, comfortable stay, but that was not……

“We had to wait afterv4 for our toom, bedding and shower were dirty . The ammentitiea were closed ,I sent an email before hand woth no response about tye amentities,no answer. Also they gave food credits to everyonr but cohldnt use them ,restraunt was full. Terrible stay for my birthday. Also i left something behind they refused to look where I tokd them it was at. ”

“While the room was clean and the staff were polite, the building itself seemed very poorly designed. The hotel is off a main road, and it is very loud whenever a car drives by, if you’re facing the lake you hear every vehicle that passes all night long. If you are on a lower floor, you’ll spend the night hearing your upstairs neighbor every time they take a step, which isn’t something I’ve had trouble with at other hotels. Additionally the pipes seem poorly positioned, any time there’s water……

“The room itself was clean and the bird OK. The location was sort of in a heavily traffic area so there was a lot of noise all night long plus it was located near train tracks so very often you would hear the sound and feel the vibration of trains going by that being said was fine in end of itself however, some kind of crazy family with multiple rooms was placed next-door to us who arrived at midnight so we were woken up too much screaming yelling door, slamming door pounding, and apparently fist……

“Front staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Suite was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 separate bedrooms and a pull-out couch. Walking distance to mall and lots of shopping. Breakfast was decent (typical free hotel breakfast) and well-stocked. Pool area was nice and clean as well. ”

“The pictures are deceiving. The entrance is as pictured and if quite nice. But once you get past that area it’s not so nice. The hallways and rooms are dark and dreary. We got to our room and was Instantly disappointed the room was small my daughter and I could hold hands from the 2 separate beds. But we said it’s one night we will deal with it. About 1-2 hours later my daughter pulled down the bedding and the sheet was covered in mold and trace of blood. That was a wrap for us. We ended up……

“The room and property were up to date and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great, nice options. Location was also safe and convenient. We would stay here again. ”

“Pool was closed down for maintenance, the bar did not seem open. Breakfast opened at 7, so could not take opportunity to try in the morning before baseball games. Our room with the kids happened to be right above th ballroom that had a party booked that night, luckily the music did stop by 10pm. Was hopeful for more from Marriott ”
