They were so very helpful with everything from check-in to check-out … Everything from arranging taxis to restaurants recommendations to directions on where to go, they were always ready to help me. 「The room wasn't clean as I would expect from a 5* hotel. Missing toilet paper, soap and other facilities that other hotels offer. e.g.. bath gown, flip flops, shower gel. One morning when running the bath the water came out 'yellow/orange' colour. That was odd to see, it cleared out after 10 minutes. Some NOT all members of staff are friendly.
