"For two of 4 day stay, physically went to front desk, to explain room was not being cleaned. Two days went to desk, and two days still not clean. Last night at 3:30 am, kids not staying at hotel running up and down the halls screaming. "Sky Lobby" not working, just seems to be place for staff to hide from guests. Seemed almost expected by staff that no one was cleaning room daily. Never return"

"Hotel is showing signs of wear. Room had garbage from bottle caps near the bed frame. Extra sheets did not appear to be clean."

"Great location for watching marathon. Incredibly poor service particularly at breakfast. The waiter was rude. There is no nicer way to put it. The overall experience was cold and so impersonal that it felt uncomfortable."

"Staff was friendly but the hotel/room itself could use some work. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner & while we booked a smaller room, if the layout of the furniture were different, there would’ve been a lot more space - felt claustrophobic. Only one elevator that if you were going down, you couldn’t go on if it was going up which took forever. To add, we self parked instead of using valet (valet was more expensive but parked in the same lot we could self park in) but they failed to warn us that the garage we used to park, would be CLOSED for the marathon. We almost had to sit in the garage until the race was over (checkout was 11, race was over at 1) until a very kind garage worker let us out. Great location but needs work. "
