Nossa fiquei impressionado com tudo!!! Foi muiiiiittttoooo bom!!! Foi realmente maravilhoso!!! A casa é perfeita e da forma exata como aparece no anúncio!!! Na verdade acho até que é melhor que o anúncio!!! Isso sem contar em toda a estrutura e segurança do condomínio. Eu e minha família ficamos muito contentes e pudemos desfrutar de momentos incríveis dentro do imóvel. Além disso ele dá fácil acesso às praias. Fica em um local de fácil acesso e próximo ao "pé" da serrinha! Isso sem falar na atenção e carinho do Sr. João Bosco conosco. Desde o início sempre foi muito simpático, atencioso, carinhoso e honesto conosco. Fez um atendimento VIP e se fez presente em todos os momentos. Qualquer dúvida ou problemas que tínhamos, ele prontamente nos ajudava a resolver. Não temos dúvida de que indicamos e voltaremos outras vezes! Sr. João muito obrigado por tudo!!! Foram férias incríveis!!!

Experiência excelente e diferenciada

Gostamos muito e ficamos muito satisfeitos. A casa era muito boa e a estrutura do condomínio também. Para começar, achei importantíssimo e um diferencial a confiança que o proprietário me passou desde os nossos primeiros contatos. Em nenhum momento me senti desamparado. O seu contato constante e ágil quando requerido, foi um diferencial que foi excelente. E mesmo quando estávamos lá hospedados. Para mim, que coordenei tudo em nome do grupo, isto constitui seu ponto mais excelente. Confiabilidade e agilidade são as dimensões ou requisitos, mais importantes na prestação de serviços. Chegamos lá e havia roupas de cama e toalhas bem limpas. Aliás, tudo estava muito limpo. Havia uma enorme variedade de equipamentos disponíveis de cozinha. A qualidade da internet era boa, não nos restringiu em nada. Havia disponibilidade de TV a cabo em todos os locais. A área da churrasqueira era muito apropriada, com assentos para todos, disponibilidade de banheiro, freezer, e utensílios.. E disponibilidade de bikes. Como oportunidades, enumero: - Defeito pontual no ar condicionado de um dos dormitórios, que não refrigerava o ambiente. Todas as demais máquinas funcionaram perfeitamente. - Banheiro conjugado: preferiríamos uma parede isolando um dos quartos. - Poderia haver mais locais para se sentar mais confortavelmente na sala, além de um sofá-poltrona 3-4 lugares. Mas reconhecemos que é um ambiente de praia e que há várias ótimas cadeiras disponíveis e em quantidade suficiente no mesmo ambiente.
