- The house is fully isolated with built area of 300sqm and 1500sqm of land. Large living room with 3 environments, kitchen, two balconies, pool with deck, barbecue and hammocks. Covered garage and outdoor parking for 4 cars. House built with demolition material, all decorated. Surrounded by vegetation (Atlantic forest). It is located 300 meters from the beach. The house has two suites and two bedrooms that sleep well 10 adults and 2 children. Total of 3 internal bathrooms. Internet (wifi) - subject to network swings.
