nice.
The first room we were given smelt sooo bad. We asked to move. The room we had was good. Air con worked well. Rooms not sound proff, were kept up some nights by the people talking in the room below. There was no room service or cleaning. I was not happy about that. The breakfast and pool was very good however.

Pessimo in tutto...
Ho prenotato questo hotel via expedia (massima delusione) per 4 notti... le peggiori di sempre!
L'hotel da fuori non si prensenta neanche male, anche se è tutto trascurato dai giardini alle fontane.. La piscina ha delle acque torbide e salmastre che non invitano affatto ad un bagno...
La stanza, si è presentata al nostro arrivo sporca, le coperte umide e ingiallite, i cuscini dall'odore di umido impossibili da utilizzare... Il bagno sporco e malfunzionante, il lavandino perdeva acqua, la doccia non funzionante, lo scarico del water perdeva acqua... vasca ingiallita e incrostrata, porta macchiata dall'umidità che non chiudeva bene..
Tutte cose prontamente segnalate al personale, che non ha mai preso iniziative tranne quella di mettere un secchio sotto al lavandino...
Inoltre, ho acquistato delle escursioni alla reception al doppio del valore effettivo, che ho verificato al paese durante la passeggiata per le via del centro presso altri operatori.
In questo caso sono riuscito ad ottenere il rimborso della differenza di prezzo.
Colazione imbarazzante... Servizio inesistente...
