Summary
47 sq meter (~505 sq feet) apartment, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed, 1 bathroom adjacent to the bedroom w/ hot/cold water, 1 living room w/ single size day bed which can be converted into a bed for a third person. Fully equipped kitchenette. Cleaning service is provided 5-6 days a week.

The space

1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bathroom with hot water shower adjacent to bedroom, 1 living room/dining-kitchenette, office corner, closet. Private front garden. The unit is within a small size boutique hotel with a swimming pool; but this unit is independently owned and managed.

The whole downstairs apartment; ~500 sq ft (47sq m).

Note: May 2024 there is construction nearby that may be a noise disruption at times. Price reflects this current situation.

Clean, no-frills, relatively comfortable apartment near town. Very quiet and serene. Manager was very nice and cleaned every day. Highly recommend this place if you are on a budget but still want a clean and quiet place.

Great place

Perfect place for a couple. Two separate rooms and beautiful surroundings. Lovely housekeeper. Great pool right outside the door with amazing views. Hot water arrangement a bit complex but we got used to it. Kitchen worked well. No microwave, but had toaster oven. Restaurant OK, not great, but very good food close by. Max, the owner was very responsive to any issues that occurred. We lost our key and had a replacement immediately. The price is excellent for what you get. Book it.
