The cabin was so cozy! Was pleasantly surprised by the steady hot water flow in the soaker tub, and the serenity of the sea lions, eagles, and other wildlife just outside the front door. Walking distance to shops and cafes was a bonus, and I left this weekend away itching to come back. One of my best weekends away in a long time!

This is a wonderful, cozy, dog friendly cabin right on the water and a great get-away for us! Marilyn is a perfect host, and the cabin has the little things (e.g. coffee, sugar, and even english muffins!). Great location and comfortable walk to the Co-op and restaurants in Ucluelet.We will defintely be back!

The cabin was spotless, warm and cozy. I used to be a housekeeper and now have a habit of inspecting rooms I stay at, and I was impressed with the room's condition, except for the thick layer of dust under the bed.A few things could be improved, such as the hot water tank and water pressure. It took quite some time for the jacuzzi to fill. And the lock on the bathroom door wasn't working.A suggestion for the shower is to install hooks in the beam above the shower so wet items like bathing suits can hang dry. The view is beautiful, even during the rainstorm we had on our first full day but that night we walked down to the water just below the cabin and collected a few shells.The host was friendly in passing but otherwise left us to our privacy, and they even supplied a full ice tray, juice, biscuits, and some coffee.It truly was a fantastic stay!

We loved the intimate, rustic feel of the bunkie, and we were dupplued with everything needed for a comfy stay. It was private and quiet, yet close to parks and restaurants. Loved how our old dog was welcomed too. Would recommend to couples and singles.

We had a lovely stay, the room was quaint the deck and harbour views were amazing. We had a friendly seal that played in front of us everyday. The sealions were cool and we were gratefull to get to see them, although noisy in the morning. Sitting in the tub on the deck and stargazing was a treat.The cabin is in a walkable location to the grocery store and restaurants. Marilyn was sweet and her communication was excellent. No complaints but a couple things I would of prepared differently for if I knew. The space is tiny (which it clearly says) but there is limited space to hang clothes. Everything was very clean but the laundry soap used was scented so I would of brought my own pillow. Over all this was a cute place and our stay was great, thanks Marilyn!

This was an absolute delight! The location of this cabin is spectacular and the sea life swimming by the door was a huge bonus. It is a tiny little spot with a great little kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a meal. We were very comfortable for our 2 night stay. Close to everything you need in Ucluelet. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Cabin was lovely, right on the water with a nice patio and private tub. Located walking distance to many great attractions including wild pacific trail. The cabin itself is a bit small but functional as a home base if you are out exploring all day. We found it a bit hard to dry out our clothes after a wet day so be prepared and bring lots of extra dry clothes.

Peaceful and private. Had everything we needed. Grocery store and restaurants were close by. Only saw one sea lion swimming by so no noisy sea lions as other guests had noted. Saw a bald eagle too. Enjoyed watching boats go by while we sat on the deck. Highly recommend this cabin.

Very cozy and private. Close to all amenities to the boke trails and hiking trails. Highly recommend going to Neptune sea food processers market next door to the cabin grat seafood and decent prices.

This cabin is so beautiful! The view off the deck can't be topped and it feels very private. It was a very comfortable and well thought out space for a couple and their dog. Also walking distance from shops and restaurants. We had a great stay.

Wonderful experience

This property is gorgeous. The location is perfect for an easy drive to some cool places and to walk into town for food and shopping. We loved our stay in this very charming cabin.

Short get away

We really enjoyed getting to see that part of BC with amazing beaches and lots of trails. Cottage was nice but a bit older and not very comfortable to sit and watch the amazing views go by on the great deck. Location was nice, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach.
