"This is a magical hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful, attentive and kind. The room is spacious and spotless. The property is a palace and you truly feel like royalty when staying at the Taj Lake Palace. The food is delicious, the history tour was excellent, the boat rides were wonderful and Rajish who picked me up from the airport and brought me back was kind and told me a lot about the area. This is a hotel I want to return to many times. It’s a very special place. One of the best hotels...

"Amazing property and traditional cultural experience. When we had an issue at dinner, stithy( manager) took care of things immediately. Chef Karan was amazing. They made up for what we did not like and ensured our stay was comfortable. They even had the room decorated and welcomed my husband with a cake and other goodies in recognition of his birthday. The 2nd room also had amazing bakery items and overall welcome expertise was just amazing. Overall an amazing place. "
