「Reception staff were very friendly and courteous. Wait staff, although there always many around, paid little attention to customers. Food quality was okay, but key items (like cheese) were sometimes unavailable making many dishes unavailable. Food and drinks were delivered exceedingly slowly. Getting a Coke Zero & burger for dinner was a two hour event. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, but there were only two bath towels and no hand towels. When I asked for one I was given a washcloth...

「This place is a bit of a ghost town. Management is absent from the property and the staff, while nice and well-meaning, can't confirm your booking or access your records at check-in. It's you to prove you've booked with your receipt. Then they have no idea which room you booked and you've got to look around the hotel til it matches the picture and description on the receipt. Staff were really helpful with luggage though.」

「The hotel was hosting 5 or 6 graduation parties each night. The speeches and music were excessively loud. I received conflicting messages about use of the pool. All in all, I did not feel very welcome.」
