Very nice

We really enjoyed the location and property. It was clean and came as advertised. As they suggest a car is good to have. Our place may have been missing the hair dryer. Also bring your own towels or pay 7.50 per person.

Short trip

Its a nice property but we didn’t get to explore because we wanted to see amsterdam. Thats about 40 minutes drive. They dont provide towels or soaps so we had to get those on our own. Clean place and beautiful view. With kids, we had to go to next town to buy groceries cause everything is closed by 9pm. People are very nice over here

Betreff: Irreführende Beschreibung – erhebliche Lärmbelästigung durch Flugverkehr (Buchung über FeWo-direkt / Villa for You)Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,wir haben über FeWo-direkt ein Ferienhaus von Villa for You für eine Woche zum Preis von 2.300  gebucht. Das Objekt wird in der Beschreibung als Luxushaus direkt am Wasser in ruhiger Umgebung beworben. Es wird unter anderem mit entspannter Aussicht, Aktivitäten in der Natur und einer hochwertigen, komfortablen Ausstattung geworben – ein Ort zur Erholung, so der Eindruck.Vor Ort mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass die Realität leider in einem entscheidenden Punkt nicht mit der Beschreibung übereinstimmt:Von ca. 6:00 Uhr morgens bis spät abends starten im Zwei-Minuten-Takt Flugzeuge. Der dadurch entstehende Lärm ist im gesamten Haus deutlich zu hören – selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Bei geöffneten Fenstern ist zusätzlich auch der Verkehrslärm einer nahegelegenen Autobahn hörbar. Die von Ihnen betonte “Ruhe” oder “Erholung” ist unter diesen Bedingungen nicht gegeben.Solche massiven Lärmquellen wurden in Ihrer Objektbeschreibung nicht erwähnt – im Gegenteil: Begriffe wie “zur Erhaltung der Ruhe ist Lärm in diesem Haus nicht erlaubt” und der Ausschluss von Gruppen unter 25 Jahren suggerieren eine besonders ruhige Umgebung. Dies steht im klaren Widerspruch zur tatsächlichen Lage des Hauses in der Einflugschneise eines Flughafens.

Tolle Lage

Wunderbare Anlage direkt am Wasser. Zentral und doch ruhig. Nur nichts für Leute, die Fluglärm stört(liegt in der Einflugschneise zu Schiphol). Der Wohnraum und das Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock sind richtig toll. Die Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss sind mehr als spartanisch und sehr klein. Aber mit guten Matratzen. Leider fehlte der Fön. Und die Spinnweben am Fenster könnten auch einmal entfernt werden. Die Dame bei der Ankunft war unfreundlich und wusste z.B. zur möglichen Aufladung des Elektro-Autos rein gar nichts zu sagen !!! Dafür war die Kommunikation bei der Buchung und bis zur Anreise online herausragend.

Erfahrungen

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr gut. Die Lage sowie die Anlage selbst sind sehr zu empfehlen. Vermisst haben wir ein paar Kleiderschränke. In den Badezimmern hätten ein paar mehr Haken für die Handtücher sein dürfen. Sondt ist alles perfekt.
