Gorgeous views of the mountains and valleys and birds chirping However service at the hotel’s restaurant is very very slow and food is not tasty even though the staff at the restaurant are very nice Elizabeth at the reception is very sweet and johnathan at the reception was very helpful with arranging a day trip to Marssela The room is beautiful however the lighting is poor.. and it would be nice to have an electric coffee machine in the room ”

“Completely dissatisfied with the hotel recommended white taxi co. at the entrance of the hotel, they were charging twice the rate as the yellow car taxis, it's a blatant rip off. I will never use that Taxi company on my next trip to Pereira.”

“Lovely hotel close to Parque del Alamos. Quiet part of Pereira. The hotel provided a complimentary decent, simple breakfast of arepa, con queso, eggs, fruit and coffee. Located in a walkable neighborhood, across the street from a church and kitty corner from the Parque. Down the street is another cafe, Queso Con Cafe. Neighborhood is safe. Hotel is safe. The employees are friendly and helpful. They put up with me, the most Gringo of all Gringos. I appreciated their hospitality and you will……

“In alle opzichten perfect. Gelegen op 5 minuten lopen van centrale plein. Familiebedrijf met de allure van een top-keten. Ontbijt in het tegenover het hotel gelegen restaurant (ook van de familie, helemaal top). Zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. Een aanrader!”
