今次旅程和朋友們一起去捉蝦, 所以預訂了這間酒店入住, 雖然住宿位置是很郊區也較偏僻, 但我們和朋友也覺得環境幾舒服, 地方好大看著樹林景, 空氣幾清新, 遠望還能看到海景.

The property was lovely and well maintained, with a gorgeous view down the valley to a bay of Conjola Lake. Though we were only there for a night, arriving in the evening and leaving around 9am the next day, my wife and I were very happy with the accommodation. It was just off the Princes Hwy in the hills north of Ulladulla, yet it was very quiet... except may the Kookaburra that woke us the next morning perched on the railing outside our door. It was a lovely encounter with the wildlife. Check in and out was contactless and very straight forward. The continental breakfast was simple and delicious, though we did have a little trouble with the coffee machine, a very helpful young man overseeing the property was quickly there to help us out. I would love to come back and stay here longer, both to look around area and make use of the amenities on site. All in all a top notch place.

Perfect for sleep and go. Compact, clean and smart unit. All kitchen and sink amenities but no chair or desk/table to sit at. Key card from drop box, no reception. Beautiful rural surrounds.

Good recommendation for dinner at Mollymook. Not worth to spend $400 to stay in a budget room(downstairs room are lower class room-from the owner)They are good people with very critical attitude with our request.Check-in is complicated because of system failure. With the keys, we can’t open the door, waited for help and the owner used another key to open the door and told me because if I did not pushed hard enough.LOL Wrong tv remote controller was left on the table, and they told me because I did not use the matched one (which was not existing in my room before).There was half little tub shower gel left instead of a Shampoo.After I called them 2X times, (1x was connected to voicemail and 15mins late called again since no one repl)the owner came and asked: happy now? We are very busy, you can’t keep calling us.I felt self-doubt if I did anything wrong. It was the first day of new year, and I was being educated to plan my trip in advance and should not have a last minute trip.The owner talked to my kids in a nice way but I was very disappointed to be told to control the kids be quiet and care of others even my kids did not do make any noise at the very first beginning. The tile floor is very slippery if wet, room is dark even lighting. Turn on air-conditioning is very necessary for vandalism. When showering, the old hot water system was not setting properly as it was too hot for my kids and they got burned a bit. Leakings from the big pipe of the shower annoying. 㻉適䶎虓絯

This is what I expected when we spent more than planned on a stay I thought would be well worth it from somewhere described as a "retreat" with 25 years of hospitality experience Warm welcome from some local area Sinclair's Peaceful enjoyment of our room and view Lovely warm bar setting with a good host and some history of Sinclair's in the area a good continental breakfast in a warm and welcoming setting to take pictures by your sign and send them back to Scotland after a great visit some directions to the falls This is what we received. a request for a bond of before checking in (when no additional services are available) welcomed by a machine and signs waring of additional charges an out of date room guide that still says since Covid you are no longer doing breakfast instead of advising breakfast is only 0730 till 9?? welcomed in the room by more notices of additional charges - your wording leaves a huge amount to fix - condescending and extreme without need no dish cloth or tea towel to wash and dry kitchenware despite threats of $75 charge (ridiculous) - used a face towel instead no biscuits - 4 tea bags no open bar - went at 4:30 and around 6pm (check your CCTV if needs be) pool that can accommodate little more than 1 couple at a time people walking past our room frequently so we had to close our louvres (and view) cheapest soaps and shampoos possible cheapest towels I have come across in a long time very cheap looking part curled up rug worst breakfast ever in 30 year

DO NOT STAY HERE> Read the reviews as it is a common problem that the owners are very rude, abrupt, rigid and hostile. Never encountered such rudeness in all my travels. Place was empty and they couldn't accommodate a child that we were happy to pay for. Kicked us off the property with no alternate accommodation arranged. Unbelievable
