The house on Montoya street was very, very clean, comfortable and such a great location in Lady Lake between Sumpter Lake and Spanish Springs where shopping and Restaurants are easily accessible. “We had a great stay. The unit is attached to the owners home but we had plenty of privacy! The home was clean and beds were comfortable. The bird feeders brought constant birds into the serene back yard. My fiance enjoyed his time on the lake. He went out every single day and caught over 60 fish during our stay. This was the perfect location to mount Dora and the owner was responsive and helpful.”

“This was our 2nd time renting this property and it’s just the perfect place!! It feels like home. You can just sense that this place is the owner’s “ Happy Place”. It oozes charm and character. The front covered porch is a great place to read, drink a glass of wine or just relax. The large livingroom/dining room is bright and airy. The king bed is super comfortable. There’s a washer/dryer on site. If you are ever in DeLand this is THE place to stay at!!! I promise you that you won’t be……

“The house is even better than the pictures, with many extra amenities. The golf cart was an excellent way for us to visit the lovely area. We enjoyed all the activities from the nearby pool to pickleball to archery lessons. Many wonderful restaurants nearby. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered any questions. We would definitely love to stay here again.”

“I never received any check in procedure, the owner never answered text, email, or phone calls. I had to contact VRBO and request a refund. Then had to quickly find some where to stay. I can only assume the owner of this place is a scammer.”

“The pool was perfect for the kids they loved it. The place was so big they also played hide and seek inside. Beach was only 20 mins for New Symra and 40 for ormond beach. Stetson university was 2 mins away for graduation and dormitory’s. Downtown was also 2 mins away publix, and chilis. Exactly was we wanted. Thank you so much when my daughter forgot her doll they allowed us to go search after check out.”

“This property is well situated in The Villages and just down the street from the Sawgrass Square, and an easy golf cart drive to The Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing town squares. There are two large Publix Supermarkets close by as well as other shopping and dining opportunities in the town squares. The property is well maintained and was a pleasure to stay at for the week we were there. When we texted to property owners with any questions we had, they were very prompt in their response”
