"We had a very satisfying and excellent experience during our 8-night stay at INNEST HAKATA. In fact, we felt at home. The room (we booked a superior triple room for 2 adults and 2 kids) was spacious and very clean, with a balcony. "Clean and well-managed spot All contact-free; I was a little confused about the check-in process, especially given the sticky, hot summer temperature (35’C plus humidity), looking at a small ipad and standing outside the building in that weather. "Pros: The apartment is very spacious with covered balcony. They reimburse the taxi fare from Hakata train station to the apartment on the arrival date. The staff is extremely nice. Cons: Next to the train tracks and freeway. The train runs until midnight and starts again at 6 AM. Quite far, 30 mins walk to Hakata Station. Noise from neighbors can be an issue as most of the tourists in this area are from China, Korea, Thailand, they can be inconsiderate and rowdy until late at night."
