"I was sent to a wing in Novotel, and I got upgraded. Great service, kind staff, superb breakfast and nicely decorated reception with a Japanese restaurant as an option for dining."

"This hotel is beautiful. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. The bathroom was outstanding and large. The towels and robes were very plush. The room included daily cleaning and an evening turned down service. The pools and the beach were fantastic with great service. The pools were heated for January. All staff members were very cordial and accommodating. Things were definitely expensive, but Dubai is an expensive place. "
