“The hotel is very clean, beds were very comfortable, staff was very helpful and large parking for moving trucks available at no extra cost. Overall great quality/price ratio. ”

“The staff was nice and they had a big storm the night before we got in and they were still able to accommodate our early check in. They offered their conference room to my family because it was so many of us gathered in the lobby but due to the storm it was soaking wet. The rooms were very cold or very hot; there was no middle ground. I personally feel it could have been cleaner but it was not dirty. My parents switched their room because there were bugs(not bedbugs), it was prolly those flying……

“The room was fine. The power went out for 2 hours and there was no running hot water. The breakfast was fine. Didn’t have any issues with parking into the last day when someone decided to take up 5 parking spaces. My mother is disabled and all other spaces were full. That customer should have been asked to park in the back.”

“Nice place to stay in Cochran. Exterior doors to parking lot with plenty of space. It seems they have a live in caretaker that works the front desk so if you arrive for checkin outside of 3-6pm, you may need to ring their bell to check-in. It worked for us.”

“Staff was amazing! Breakfast was delicious (especially the cinnomin rolls!) There was an issue with the A/C in the hallways but they had a team out fixing it right away. Would definitely stay here again”

“Clean room great staff”

“Keycard machine was broken when we arrived. Staff was pretty incompetent. We were told that there would be bedding for the pull out bed in the room, but there was none. When we called the front desk to inquire about it, we were not given clear answers on how to get extra bedding. The bedding that we got did not fit the bed. Breakfast item selection was poor and they kept running out of items. Many warm items were undercooked. Waffle batter was way too liquid and you could not make waffles with……

“Not overwhelmed with the property. Entrance to check in was hard to find. Parking lot could have been better lighted at night. Rooms were okay.”

“It was clean and ac unit worked great”

“The room was clean and appropriately appointed and comfortable. The bathroom was good however the shampoo, conditioner and soap needs upgrading. There as no hair conditioner and shampoo quality on the poor side. However the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Store bought bagels and english muffins were less than enjoyable. The only protein were 4 hard boiled eggs that were questionable given that the garbage pail had not been emptied from the day before. Overall, a decent overnight stay.”

Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”
