“Friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed!”

“Quite possibly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I travel a LOT. So I know hotels. This one was simply perfect. The moment you walk in you’re welcomed with a smiling face and someone that likely knows who you are based on arrival time. The room was insanely clean and large. ”

“Arrived late on Christmas day. Staff was really nice and attentive. We stayed the whole weekend and each day room service knocked on the door. Other guests were pretty quiet too. Check out was a breeze, security deposit came back before the new year. Would stay again. ”

“Great room and breakfast! Only complaint was Expedia's description. The room description said sleeps 6 but it only slept 4. I had to sleep on the couch (no pullout). ”

“I did the app check-in which is nice. My only complaint was my room key on my phone did not open my door multiple times. I did go down to the front desk to get a room key. I got a little pushback from the person at the front desk because I didn't have my ID. That was stuck in my hotel room. Thankfully I had my phone so I could show him my reservation. It was a very convenient location for where I needed to be and a quiet hotel. ”

“The fire pit on the patio didn’t work and apparently hasn’t for a long time. Why have it if it doesn’t work? Fix it or take it out.”

“The front desk staff person was very friendly and efficient. She mentioned to us that the building is only 7 years old. It still looks pretty new. The room was clean. The location is close to a wide variety restaurants, shopping, and gas stations. A supermarket is within walking distance. It is off the major road into Bowling Green from the interstate, so it is a very convenient but quiet location. ”

“We stay here a couple times a year. Staff are always friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, parking is easy and I've never heard my neighbors. Solid spot to rest your head. ”
