The space
We are located in residence complex. A secure private housing estate with 24 hour security , private beach beach accsess and vila management office. Our location is super private & awesome , the closest thing nearby our complex is Balinese village, however , you can still accses the villa complex using a car. You will have to drive about 5 -10 minute to Nusa Dua to get food / groceries /supplies. think of this as a' summer house or Beach house '.
The Luxurious private estate villa is suitable for family and friends of big gatherings that can accommodate up to 8 people ,equipped with full facilities of kitchen, private beach , wi-fi, you 'll be sure to have a comfortable stay here , guest love the view and the progression of green to blue as the reef fades to open ocean. You can even drive just 5 minutes to the town.

Located in Nusa Dua, not far from five star hotels such as The Mulia Hotel, Kempinsky, Ritz Carlton, Hilton, only 5 minutes by drive. We dare to guarantee that the sea view is closer and more beautiful, you can only get it at our villa location. This villa is very exclusive because there are only 8 units closest to the sea cliffs and which has a private beach.

Make sure to prepare and purchase your essentials and groceries before you arrive, as the villa is located is quite a distance place and the road could be a bit narrow! it can be quite a hassle to move back to buy groceries when you need to cook a meal in this villa.

Feel free to check in start from 02.00 PM and please note that your check out time is at 11.00 AM because we need to clean up the villa for the next guest.

Airport pick up is excluded for booking via airbnb however we can organize it for you with an extra charge :
For pick up 1-4 Pax The Price Is IDR 250K 1 x pick up
For pick up 5-8 Pax The Price Is IDR 700K 1 x pick up
For pick up service please give us your flights number and our driver will standby at airport on your arrival date.

We also can organize Tour Packages with an Extra Charge :
Small Car Fit for 6 Pax start From IDR 750K for 10 Hours.
Bigger Car Fit for 8 or more start From IDR 1.200K for 10 Hours.

**During covid 19 we take care to di sinfect all our surface. all towels and bedlines are washed on high temperature . our staff wear masks and hand sanitizer is availaible. 2 times a week ,we do mosquito fogging and pest control.we commit to vigorously following the air bnb guidelines regarding the cleaning protocol.**

Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate.
If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.


Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with our staff a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service.

Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.

- Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast?
- A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of 35USD/ tray Breakfast on each tray could be shared between 2 guests . You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service 2 shift start 08.00 until 06.00 pm night and security 24 hours

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds?
- A : This villa is for 8 people, but the maximum capacity is for 9 people which means that the 9th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be 25 usd/night/person. We can provide 1 extra mattresses on the floor should you have more than 8 people.
