I will agree with another reviewer that there is an odor at the location and that same odor is at other nearby stores and fields. By the time we left town we agreed that it must be some kind of a native plant. It's hard to describe but is quite pungent. Additionally, if you are a light sleeper, this is right on the side of a main thoroughfare to get to the nearby lake and there's a decent amount of……

“I feel very lucky that we found this place to stay in during for our visit to Hot Springs. It was right in the center of town and a very short walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Lots of nice amenities. Communication and check-in were easy, and there was parking behind the building. It really is right on the Appalachian Trail and was the perfect location for our hiking adventure. I hope that I can return some day!”

“Quiet neighborhood close to several restaurants and shops. Rooms were clean with no foul odors. Pillows and bedding very comfortable along with fluffy towels and extra blankets. The portable oscillating fan is an excellent amenity added for fan sleepers like myself. ”

“It was easy to get to the raceway for a baseball game that we were going to... But for the amount of money we paid it was pretty much a hole in the wall place and we wondered what we were pulling up to when we showed up... They were boards on the walls outside but it was super nice on the inside and had lots of extra features but not exactly what we expected.”
