“I could sit on the porch forever. There is a wonderful bubbling stream 10 yards in front of the tiny home which is nestled at the foot of a mountain ridge and surrounded by old growth trees. Nearby Erwin provides easy-to-get-to groceries and supplies as well as The Groovy Smoothie. Just 15 minutes across the North Carolina border you find Mars Hill which has some very nice restaurants. The tiny home was just as advertised. The host, Jennifer, made sure I was content throughout the stay.”

“We ( my spouse, me, and our dog) had a lovely stay over Christmas. Chuck and Valda were wonderful hosts and Chuck graciously helped two city folks with building an outdoor fire. Our dog loved lounging on the deck and we had everything we needed to cook a few holiday meals. 10/10! ”

“We came down for the MLB speedway classic game at Bristol and needed a place to stay close by. This rental checked the boxes we were looking for. I’d call it a great value for what we got. Remote location that was quiet and ideal for getting some rest after a long day on the road and another long day at the ballpark. The unit was clean and the bathroom/shower house was immaculate. ”

She went above and beyond to accommodate us, and that kindness alone made this stay unforgettable.The home itself was fabulous—beautifully laid out with great flow between the bedrooms and bathrooms, making it perfect for families.
