「Awesome property, great place, with excellent service」

「Before you book:The check-in email discloses that there are cameras with audio. This is definitely something to be aware of.This house could be amazing and worth the fee if it was better kept. There are repairs and replacements required, some more pressing than others. Some of the furniture is on its last legs, there were lightbulbs out, ants in a bathroom…for example. But there is also plenty of space, inside and out. We saw wildlife and the house is big enough to accommodate large families.」

「Every aspect of our stay was great. The host was responsive and attentive. The property has a great view and is at an elevation that took us out of the summer heat. The house itself was well appointed with all newer furnishings and appliances. Can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t already there.」

「This is such a wonderful place. Very beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed sitting in the large covered porch and looking over city and French Broad River. The room was marvelous and shower was wonderful.
