“Breakfast and staff were great. We had hair that was not ours in the bathroom and only one washcloth for 2 of us. When I spoke with the front desk they were very accomdating and refunded us some of our cost. It should also be noted that there is no elevator in this hotel. ”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”

“Clean room”

“It was pretty clean I wish they had an ice machine on each floor and a gym especially because there is no Anytime fitness in town it would have been nice to have something in the building even if it were just a few things to use.”

“Great find!!! Great staff! Awesome spa area which was maintained very well, and fun little bar. The only it did lack was food on premises, but, literally right outside the hotel doors, there are plenty of options! All around a great hotel”

“Suite was clean as a whistle, great value. Staff was friendly, greeted me at front desk immediately at around midnight. Breakfast was good, liked the turkey sausage. Overall I had an ideal stay here!”

“The hotel is clean and bright and the staff very friendly. It's a short walk to downtown Kenosha. The breakfast was pretty good.”

“What we didn’t like was the fact that my husband waited for 45 minutes to get a shuttle from the airport and it was extremely cold and the driver of the shuttle I guess had to go the long way around and he was coming from another property. We also thought that’s a set up of bathroom and sink in the main room was not convenient at all, we will not rent there again.”

“We love this location and have stayed in it many times. This time our room had a funky smell. It was ok as long as we were running the air conditioner. Also there were ants on the table in-between the beds. We reported it to staff, they said they would have maintenance look into it. Other than that, we love this place and will return again.”
