Great house & location! Owner was very helpful & left us a very nice welcoming basket! The s’mores were a huge hit for all of us! We had plenty of space for all of us(6 adults & 2 littles) Loved that we had plenty of room to all eat together at the table! We didn’t use the hot tub-we spent most of the time at the very nice beach! Son took the littles on a paddle board & they loved it! House had EVERYTHING we needed & we are already talking about a return trip! So nice to stay someplace where the owner has already thought of everything! Plenty of games & we put a puzzle together one note! Highly recommend

The Perfect Beach Getaway-And Host

Our group was 4 adults, three teens, and an infant. The property looked great online-and exceeded expectations in person. Everything was sparkling upon arrival, along with a nice "welcome" basket. The kitchen was probably the best equipped one we have ever encountered in a rental (appliances, gadgets, storage space, etc.). The laundry area and bathrooms were fully equipped with nice products. The array of beach chairs, coolers. towels, and wagons to haul them to the beach were all in great condition. The screened porch, unscreened porch, fire pit, and hot tub all got plenty of use. The beach access is a short stroll away and unlike may accesses to the lake has no stairs. This beach seemed less crowded than other public beaches we've used in the past. The floor plan of the house is open and comfortable and conducive to family gatherings and dining. Tim served as our host-and he was amazing! All communications were answered promptly and he worked to make sure any needs we had were met-immediately. Examples: The property description said there were baby gates that could be used at the top and bottom of the stairs. When we said we could not locate them, two new gates arrived in less than an hour! A new grill had been added but apparently the propane bottle had not been replaced. When notified, Tim arrived quickly with two new tanks. When I texted Tim I couldn't find a grill brush, brushes and other items arrived the next day. Home and host: both A! Thanks.

Wonderful experience

The house is beautiful and everything was just as described! The outdoor space worked so well for a group. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay at this property again next year! The owners also had the house stocked with helpful extras-blankets, pillows, laundry detergent, and spot removal-geez thoughtful additions made it so easy to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend!

Cozy and Relaxing Home

We loved our time here! The house is clean and spacious. It is filled with thoughtful details that made our stay extra special! The house is steps away to the beach and the house has wagons, chairs and beach toys which was wonderful! The host is so responsive and accommodating. We cannot wait to come back again!

Large, Accommodating Space

The house(s) easily hosted our family of 7. We especially noted, and appreciated, how thoughtfully stocked the house was with every supply that we needed, aside from food course, but there were chips and salsa waiting for us. It sits on a prime spot in the heart of Union Pier with a lovely beach pretty much across the street. Final kudos to the super fire pit.

Perfect home for a family get-away

We were looking for a rental for 10 family members and were so happy to find Tim's house! You can often find rental with enough beds but not enough common space - and this was an exception to that. The open floorplan gave us more than enough room to spread out while all being together. It was beautiful and comfortable and close the beach. Plus a lovely and enormous yard, fire pit and hot tub. Absolutely recommend!

Great spot in Union Pier

We enjoyed staying at this spacious, clean home. The yard with its gigantic lawn and playground was perfect for the kids. A wonderful screened in porch was perfect for meals. The location is amazing just steps from the beach- many great beach supplies were available to us. We hope to be back again.

Perfect Getaway

Our family had such an amazing stay at this home. Check-in was easy, the owner was thoughtful and accommodating, and the property was incredibly clean and comfortable. It felt like our home away from home with everything we needed. Short walk to a pristine beach and the home included beach chairs, wagons, coolers, and water toys which was great for our large group with kids. I would highly recommend this home and hope to return in the near future.

Great for groups, close to beach

Really lovely house that was prefect for our group of 12. Full kitchen, hot tub and fire pit and lots of comfy couches and a nice big dining table made the stay really comfortable. The only thing we didn't love was the there was construction happening literally right outside the windows. It wasn't a huge issue, and not something that really impacted out stay, but good to be aware of for anyone considering.

Excellent location and property

Enjoyed our stay w/ extended family. Plenty of room to relax at this property - both inside and out. Proximity to beach access can't be beat. Loved walking to Whistle Stop cafe every morning. Great amenities in home - plentiful towels, kitchen items, etc. Had everything that we needed.
