“My extended family had a wonderful time this passed weekend at this Spring Grove property. Gregoria was a thoughtful, gracious host who provided us with everything we needed and then some! She had a few really special and generous surprises awaiting us! The house description is beautiful, yet still doesn't do it justice. It was spacious, very functional, and really, really beautiful. The kids loved the pool and all the great gear that went with it. I can't think of a thing that could have made……

“We really enjoyed this property for our Christmas get-together. Very nice older home that has been well maintained. Beds were comfortable and the downstairs bathroom was perfect. The yoga room was a nice touch and was used as well. Very close to downtown and shopping and the large dining room table accommodated our family for meals and game playing. Host was very responsive to our questions as well. We would definitely recommend this home! ”

“The house is immaculate! The house is spacious both indoors and outdoors. It is well stocked and extremely comfortable. Communication with owner is excellent. We will return! ”

“Great location and amenities. The kids loved the access to the water for fishing and the game room and movie theatre in the basement. The hosts were in contact prior to our arrival and helped us remotely when we had trouble with the thermostat. The basement has a low ceiling for tall people, so watch your head. The grill in the back yard could use a good cleaning and maybe some light repair to rusted parts, but overall, a great find! We recommend! Thank you!”

“Great use of the space, and the patio with grill overlooking the lake is amazing for cooking and eating. Bar is RIGHT next door so can be a little noisy at night, but wasn't enought to bother us at all.”
