“The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the hot water didnt take long to get hot, the staff was very friendly. I asked for magnets because they have an area of merch and they did not have the magnets yet. The owner was there and the manager, both took my info and will ship out a free magnet to me since they arrive a day after my check out. Upon check in we inquired about transportation to the Red Rocks and Audrey working the desk gave us the name of a 3rd party service…our driver was wonderful! “Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available.
