“Despite a hiccup of not having a twin room the staff was very attentive and provided an extra bed”

“Great hotel and staff service are very helpful. Clean rooms”

“Location is far. The reception for checking in was not in welcome mood. We booked 3 persons room. It's not bad, clean and nice view. But the towel handle is broken. NO kettle is provided😟 and the fridge is broken down. Another reception came (luckily the checked-in one is off duty) to checking. David upgraded us to the suite room after our negotiation. It was much better although there is one socket is out of order, there are plenty sockets to use. But we couldn't go to swimming due to the……

“Because the room we booked was for 3 people, but the one they gave us was set up for 2, and they added an extra bed in a very small space. Additionally, there was a very bad smell in the bathroom, likely from the plumbing, and the blankets and pillows were dirty.”

“Great hotel. The bathroom was super clean and shower was hot and powerful. Free water everyday in the mini bar. Excellent location to get around the city. Small organic market right next door to the hotel. Very safe neighborhood .i would stay here again.”

“Everything is good. Not far from the subway station. There’s a supermarket near the hotel. However, when I reserved the hotel, they said they had midnight free shuttle bus toward the airport. But when I checked it one week ago before the date I would arrive, there is only shuttle bus from 6am. That’s a little pity.”

“The hotel is good. However, the bus shuttle from the airport to the hotel was not there after waiting for 35 min.”

“一切都好，很安全的住宿”

“離馬德里機場近，附近有大型購物中心可逛。大約下午五點打電話請飯店派接駁車到機場，完全沒有人接聽，一直忙線中，最後只好自己叫計程車去飯店。”

“Good and safe place to stay. Breakfasts is delicious and good service of staff”

“It was an okay-ish stay. The place seemed was built with grandeur in mind but they haven't given it the proper upkeep recently. The thermostat was broken, the restroom's trashcan was broken; toiletries were what you would expect from a 2 star hotel. It was, however, very close from the airport and they provided a free shuttle. So it can be very efficient if you don't care too much about details and just want a place to crash for a couple of hours and take a basic shower.”
