“The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were truly lovely—very welcoming and helpful. The only downside was the parking. It was mentioned at booking, but for €19 a night, and given that the hotel isn’t in the city center, it would feel a lot more thoughtful to include it. Most guests driving there will need it anyway. Still, we had a pleasant stay overall.”

“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“Hotel muito bonito , estilo clássico , quarto pequeno porém com boas roupas de cama , banheiro novo com chuveiro funcionando . Tem chá e café de cortesia no quarto . Única queixa foi a falta de máquinas de compra de bebidas e lanches, que havia sido dito que existia nas comodidades do hotel . Acordei de madrugada com fome e não tinha como comprar nada . Café da manhã ótimo e o hotel é Perto do centro histórico e do Rio . Faz -se tudo a pé .”

“Hotel bonito, muito limpo, renovado e muito bem localizado no centro de Rouen. Ao lado da catedral e à estação de metrô, bem como do Rio Sena. Cama e chuveiro excelentes. Toalhas de banho novas e de qualidade. Ao fazer essa reserva, cometi um erro e o hotel foi muito prestativo em ajudar e corrigir o erro sem custo adicional. “Great hotel - more like one you'd find in the US in terms of room size. AC great, comfy bed. We opted out of the breakfast but there are plenty of bakeries in the area. Walked from here to everything we needed to see.”
