「The location was good for ease of getting on and off the highway. The building, room and parking lot were very clean, they have only been at that location for a year. The area is pretty rural. There is a McDonald’s nearby, a Dunkin’ Donuts and a Charlie’s for eating. And there are a couple of gas stations at that exit. 「The tub was disgusting I didn’t dare step foot in there. There was a roach in the sink. Dirty linen, slept in the chair that I sanitized on my own. If it’s your last resort of a stay then go ahead but honestly would sleep in my car before here again.」

The toilet didn't flush, the air conditioner was so weak that it did not cool the room, and the bed frame had a metal spike sticking out that actually took a chunk of skin off my leg. What frustrated me most was that the staff already knew about these issues. The front desk explained that they are actively replacing the air conditioners and have already started changing some of the bed frames because of similar...

Was told we would go to staff laundry room but they did not unlock it and when asked about it we were told not to worry it only gets windy and there’s never a tornado since she lived there.
