“If you're looking for a quick rest stop along the highway, this is a decent place for the price. It's a step up from camping but it's not the Ritz Carlton so don't expect the shower to have good pressure or consistent temps. Bed was super comfy and for the most part it was a clean room but it needs some maintenance to bring the baseline up to what most people would deem acceptable. Staff were very nice and working on improvements.”

“A beautiful spot in Kenora with an incredible view. Rooms were neat and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. Would stay there again!”

“Disappointing. It was a small, cramped room with just a double bed. Floor was dirty, toilet seat wasn’t attached properly, and there was no shower curtain! There was a coffee maker and coffee but no creamers or sugar. There were 2 dining chairs but nothing comfortable to sit on. Plus it was noisy; from upstairs occupants and traffic. We won’t go back.”

“The hotel overall OK. The price and the service does not really match. Their price should be a bit lower as their service standard doesn’t really match the price. The room was pretty clean, but there was no microwave or water kettle in the room for a $300 per night room. I think that should be pretty standard. Also, they deliberately turned off the smart functions in their TV so no app is really accessible. The pool area was good and we enjoyed it point. We noted the pool itself is not heated.……
