「Sheets were stained and dirty within the bed, the towel near the sink to dry your hands was used and had tooth paste stains on it. The towels were torn, stained absolutely disgusting. 」

「We recently stayed at this hotel and overall it was okay, but there were several issues. The room itself was clean and fairly nice. The only complaint about the room setup was that the TV was definitely too small for the size of the space. We brought our own toiletries, so it didn’t affect us much, but the hotel only provided shampoo and facial soap — no hand soap, body soap, or conditioner. The outside conditions were a major concern. 「The front desk person was absolutely fantastic. The lobby was full of people trying to get rooms and he served everyone with excellence and the greatest of attitudes. Extremely pleasant experience. The young man in the morning upon check out was equally as profession and efficient. 10 out of 10 for the staff. Bravo! 」
