“This hotel beautifully incorporates nature into its design, making guests feel seamlessly immersed in the Iguazú jungle, almost like natives of the environment. The pools are wonderful, and the staff throughout the property are warm and welcoming, making this a truly worthwhile stay. The only area for improvement would be the front desk staff, who did not seem as friendly or inviting as the rest of the team.”

The staff was very helpful and were a great help to me when planning my trip - their response to correspondence was quick.
