“Attitute of frontdesk (at least 2 of them I had dealing with) was indifferent, everyone else is fine, bartenders, cleaners and the travel agent. Equipments were not quite completed so do remember to bring your own toiletries. Except for toothbrush and toothpaste(which is fine with me), there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room either. Soap and towel are all you can have in the bathroom. ”

“The hotel is very pretty. Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. Buffets (both breakfast and dinner) are exceptionally good. Pools are also very nice and have lots of shaded and sunny areas and lots of lounge chairs. Everything was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“As piscinas e o café da manhã são excelentes. Avalio como 4 estrelas por causa do sofá cama dos quartos. Muito descontáveis, forma um buraco entre as almofadas que dói muito as costas. Sugiro trocar (sofá cama com molas) ou realmente trocar por camas ”
