Housekeeping kommt nur jeden zweiten Tag und hat nur die Handtücher getauscht. Das ist bei den Preisen inakzeptabel. Alles in allem leider nur Durchschnitt.
So wird das zukünftig nichts mit dem Harz als Urlaubsziel…

Der Service beim Essen ist verbesserungsfähig. Es kommt aber auf den einzelnen Mitarbeiter an. In manchen Bereichen wurde nicht wirklich das Geschirr abgeräumt.

Thank goodness my dau speaks German, had internet access on her phone and the skills to locate the owner who gave her the passcode to get the room key out of lock box. "Die Lage ist ruhig, das angrenzende Freibad sehr schön und preiswert. Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets bemüht. Das Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Auch das Angebot zum Abendessen ist abwechslungsreich und nicht zu teuer. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder."
