「This property is great and location couldn’t be better. Very close to a lot of restaurants, breweries and easy in and out with the boat. 5bdrms 4 bath was perfect for us. Got to meet an adult manatee and a juvenile manatee as well. Owners are awesome, got to meet them as well and communication prior to and during trip was great. 」

「Property was great. The condo was perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant at the end of the property. The condo was clean and well equipped. The view was incredible every day!!! We were diving in Tavernier so this location was awesome. Check in at the gate was easy to get the parking pass. Definitely will stay here again in the future. Property Manager was easy to communicate with and we were able to get in the door with no issues. We had no problems on our stay. 」

「Beautiful, quiet and clean property. Host very responsive.Brought our boat there. Trailer parking is offisite and included with slip rental at the marina. The marina is walking distance and boat slip visible from balcony. Slip prices vary by season. We went mid September and was 325 for 3 days. 」

「Our family has stayed here several times. The property is great and the fishing is fabulous. It’s our home away from home once a year. I enjoy preparing family meals in the updated kitchen. All the tools are available. The maintenance staff are great and respond quickly if needed The peacocks come to visit daily hoping you left a crumb. We can’t wait to visit next year. 」

「Peaceful, clean, comfy beds. Beautiful view. Our grown kids enjoyed fishing and paddleboarding out back. My only suggestion is that given it was a VRBO that they provide dish soap, sponge, dishwasher tabs. There was zero shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Luckily we brought that but there were bottles in there that were empty. All in all we would stay there again. Just minor details that could be improved. Not a complaint just a suggestion. Also some basic seasonings could be added to the...

"The parking is good. There is a nice pool and restaurant. You will have breakfast with a lot of sea birds nearby and other animals waiting for you here and there. The facilities in the room are really aged and don’t work efficiently, including the toilet, sink, closet, telephone, doors. "
