“The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. “Mein Zimmer A405 war schön und sauber. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof und Busbahnhof von Le Havre. Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt, und der Strand von Le Havre ist zu Fuß in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Ich hatte an der Rezeption nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt und konnte keinen Lärm wahrnehmen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, besonders wenn es Probleme gibt. Nach dem Auschecken kann man sein Gepäck in einem Schließfach abstellen. Danke Sophie für dein……

“Personnel sympathique, hôtel propre. literie un peu raide et oreiller de mauvaise qualité. Bruit de soufflerie incessant désagréable et des,œufs brouillés au petit déjeuner seraient les bienvenus. ”

Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”
