“The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. ”

“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“This property was exactly what we were looking for. But prior to checking in my wife had an accident and had to seek medical attention and when we returned, the staff prepared a meal Long after the kitchen was closed and make sure we were comfortable.”
