「The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. 「A great family run hotel right in town. Great location to walk everywhere. Room was great. We did not have breakfast there. We came from Paris for an overnight trip and planned on taking the bus for 2 euro, however there were no buses running and we had a hard time finding a taxi to drive us a half hour to the hotel. It was an unexpected $100 to get there. Not their fault at all. Just check with hotel - not just the bus website before booking. They arranged a driver back to the train. Again...
