「Resort is not handicapped accessible; breakfast area is situated upstairs, so if you are handicapped, they put you downstairs, but, yet you have to go into elevator just to get breakfast upstairs! Steps situated outside, back side of building, do not have handrails next to those steps. Bathrooms are not handicapped accessible; they don’t have grab bars for stepping in or out of tub/ shower area!! They do, however, have signs designating handicapped parking, and there is a “ ramp” to use, which...
