「The hotel has no breakfast even when it says so, they ask you to pay for breakfast, but is in OTHER HOTEL!!! also the walls are so thin that you can not sleep well, the staff moving furniture at 7am and was impossible to keep sleeping I do not recommend :)」

「Staff were friendly and keen to help. Room was bright, clean, bed was comfy, air-conditioning worked. Location was pretty good for Carmelo proper - just off the centre, with easy access for everything from bus station to some of the best food in town. Not so good was the limited front-desk hours which meant having to plan to arrive within a two-hour window. Also the bikes for rent could be in better shape (and not all built for six-foot-tall riders).」
