"The hotel was accessible to many public transportation options which was great. The only drawback that I would say is that the room could have been more cleaner. There was some dust in the beds which was not cleaned may be. from the previous stay. Other than that staff was very polite and helpful."

"It was great hotel but only issue is kitchen closes at 10 so had to get a take away. Overall though it was a nice clean room. Should be wine glasses and utensils if you require a takeaway or to eat in room. Tv was not very stable in terms of picture and sound "

"The room was great—nice and spacious, perfect for a family of four. Only issue was the shower drain; even though the filter was clean, water kept spilling out, so something’s probably up with the drainage. Other than that, everything was really good. Transport was super convenient too, easy to get everywhere. Would definitely stay here again ."

"Beautiful hotel, family room was very spacious and the kids loved the bunk beds and bath in the bedroom. Breakfast was brilliant, loads of choice and plenty options for the kiddos to choose from. Staff were very attentive and great with kids. Slightly out of the centre of Amsterdam but easy access via metro and train right round the corner. "
