「Struttura meravigliosa, piscina riscaldata e tenuta perfettamente. Camera top con letto immenso, parquet e arredamento bellissimi. Spa non grandissima, ma non manca nulla e con una professionalità altissima (massaggio top). Il personale alla reception in ingresso ok, in uscita avevano perso il prepagato e mi hanno chiesto il pagamento. Hanno dovuto fare ulteriore ricerca per poi rendersi conto dell’errore. Dopo il tempo perso ed il disagio con altri ospiti presenti, avrei utilizzato un gesto...

「Hotel is in a good location walkable to the historic centre but the road in is winding and the GPS may need to be ignored for some turns. Room was clean and comfortable and service friendly and helpful. Parking was available underneath. A nice continental breakfast buffet with perfect cappuccino.」

Rocchina is a great host and really looked after us well, served us an appetiser and breakfast on our balcony as it was our wedding anniversary. Thank you Rocchina! 「in 44 years of traveling around the world this was the worse and demeaning Hotel experience ever had( payment was made in advance BTW )! i cannot say anything about the accommodations because i never made it in!!! After an exhausting and temultuous trip to Potenza , my only concern was checking in , resting down my heavy luggage and preparing etc etc! however when i approached the door and tried to enter , there was no response or answer, i also tried to call a dozen times to no response! We had the odd luxury of staying in every room due to an unexpected extension in Potenza and the warmth and kindness of the owners and the community surrounding them during our stay here exceeded any expectation. 」
