Very close to old city and university. Very close to very good restaurants. Nice size room. Lovely bed and sheets etc. Very quiet. "

That’s very expensive for lunch anywhere in the world. Don’t ask hotel for restaurant recommendations. There are plenty of please to eat for 10 percent of that amount. "

"This is an extraordinary place just like the photo. I was greeted with sparkling wine and cake and offered the whole bottle the following day. It is in a very challenging place in old Coimbra so you need to be reasonably fit although another lovely lady walking her dog helped me out the next night when i was lost"
