Bright 2-level Condo walk to Vail Village, EV604

Enjoy this spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bath condominium on top of the Evergreen Lodge, with a prime location in Vail Town Center, located between Vail and Lionshead villages, a short walk and an even shorter ride on the complimentary Town of Vail Bus, to world-class shopping, dining, summer and winter activities. This condo has access to all the amenities of the hotel, but is privately-owned, and includes a full-kitchen, living room, and fireplace. Evergreen Lodge enjoys an outdoor heated pool (seasonal), indoor hot tub, dry saunas, restaurant, fitness center, meeting rooms, and free garage parking.

FEATURES: Main bedroom has a king bed and TV, Second bedroom has 2 twins and a TV. There is a double sofa sleeper in the living
room. Three full bathrooms.

NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. In the summer, opening a balcony door or windows cools the condo pretty quickly, but then you may hear some highway noise. This is not really a problem in the winter.

Everything about the condo was nice except for the road noise from I-75. Since we came in the summer, we kept the windows open at night to keep the condo cool. It was too warm to keep the windows shut. Even with a speaker playing white noise and ear plugs, the noise woke us up throughout the night and early morning. It is probably not bad in the winter. The unit itself was updated. The beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed for our stay.

Very convenient to ski lifts
We loved our stay at the property. The check in process was seamless and we were given all of the information we needed for the entire stay before we arrived. The condo is a very short walk tk the free Vail Shuttle Bus that takes you through central Vail, with easy access to the ski lifts and restaurants.

Great place. Wanted to let the owner know that the door lock is very difficult to operate and would take many many tries to lock or unlock it. Also there is a light out in the corridor and the shower valve in the bedroom at the top of the stairs is not working properly, needs to be replaced or repaired.

Wonderful condo for families!
3 full bathrooms made it a breeze with teenagers! Pool was wonderful and location to the bus was perfect. A little noisy with the construction outside but overall a great place to stay.

Almost everything about this property was very nice - the location, the cleanliness, the comfortable beds, and the stocked kitchen. Vail Management was very attentive and answered any questions we had right away. The two things that need improvement are the elevators - very slow and only one working. - and the noise from I-70 - it sounded as though we were right beside the highway.
