「W dry one at front desk was warm, welcoming and gracious. All had knowledge of the area and were delighted to assist if needed with pointers to make our stay exceptional. Drena was tops and Kyle the manager never stopped making sure the facility is great shape. Rooms are well decorated, spacious and quiet. The shuttle service was a 1 minute walk and very convenient for Oktoberfest. I received a call a few days prior to our arrival to confirm and ask if we needed anything and provide us with check in information. We also received a email the day before with specific directions and property info. The room was great - we would stay again. 」
